Quezon City, July 19, 2024

In a pivotal gathering marked by collaboration and determination, the Philippine Paint and Coatings Association (PPCA) and the Philippine Stationery Association, alongside the Board of Investments (BOI), convened today at the quaint Relish, Hello Happiness Restaurant.

Their mission: to finalize a groundbreaking Administrative Order aimed at streamlining regulations governing Chemical Processed Industry (CPI) products under the Household/Urban Hazardous Substances (HUHS) Regulation and Research of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The meeting, chaired by PPCA President Reginald Yu and BOI Director Ronaldo Buluran, heralded a significant step towards regulatory reform. Attended by key stakeholders including June Villasanta and Geraldine Buela from the BOI, and luminaries such as SPIK President Gretchen Fontejon-Ernale, the session resonated with a palpable sense of purpose.
