Dear Fellow Members of PPCAI,

Warm greetings to all!

On behalf of the Philippine Paint and Coatings Association, Inc., I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for your unwavering support of DEAF Inc. (Deaf Evangelistic Alliance Foundation). Because of your generosity, this remarkable organization has been able to expand its mission of bringing hope and inclusion to the hearing-impaired community across the country.

During the recent induction of our President, Reggie Yu, we were honored to have Dr. Cecilio Pedro, Chairman of DEAF Inc., who shared a powerful insight—that Palawan has the highest number of deaf-mute individuals in the Philippines. It was a sobering reminder of the work that still needs to be done.

Just recently, DEAF Inc. conducted a meaningful three-week mission trip to Busuanga, Coron, and El Nido, offering basic sign language training to local teachers so they can better support and communicate with the Deaf in their communities.

Your support is not just a contribution—it is a lifeline of dignity, education, and connection for those who have long been unheard. Because of you, more missions like these are now possible.
